About Me

My story like all of our stories is different and unique. My family, where I grew up and my experiences make up my story. Your story is also uniquely yours and contribute to who you have become and what paths you have taken. However, what binds us all together is the fact that we are all connected by one light-filled energy that also connects us to our Creator. Why is this important to mention? It is because in every moment of our lives we have an opportunity to affect each and every other soul here on the earth plane, in the spirit world and beyond. We are all greatly needed so that the whole of the eternal One can stay strong, healthy and bright. It was important for me to say this before I tell you about me because I want each of you reading this to know that we are all beautiful, magnificent and perfectly designed to contribute our own personal gifts to the world.

I was born in 1954 on the south shore of Long Island, New York. I was third born of eight children, six girls and two boys. The glue that held our family together and allowed us to thrive was our strong Catholic faith. I learned so much from the teachings and consistent dedication to our faith. That seed of faith in things that could not be seen by the human eyes or heard by our ears was the catalyst that moved me to search deeply and fervently for the meaning of just about everything.

This searching eventually took me beyond Catholicism and led me on an insatiable need to remember all of the mysteries, truths and soul memories that I knew for sure were locked within me just waiting for the perfect moments to reveal themselves. As the saying goes “When the student is ready, the teacher appears.” I was a student voraciously eager to learn anything and everything that would help me understand my soul, my life purpose and would help me be of service to others and the world.

I studied a bit about Buddhism, Judaism, Kabala, Islam and Hinduism so that I could understand some of the differences and similarities of the many organized religions. From there I began to study different spiritual philosophies. This full list is too extensive to enumerate here but I will mention a few things in a moment. Through my searching and movement from organized religion to a more inclusive, all-encompassing way of looking at spiritual growth and the journey of the soul, I began to feel an inexplicable excitement and electrifying awareness that I was on the right path. I studied near death experiences, reincarnation, past life regression therapy, Life between lives regression therapy, pre-birth planning and how soul contracts made at that time play out during our physical incarnations. There is so much more waiting for us to explore but one of the main things I learned is that there are no, and I repeat no coincidences. Understanding that helps me live a more conscious life by staying in the present moment so I don’t miss anything. I am a licensed massage therapist, meditation teacher and spiritual advisor. I am an author of two books called Treasures of the Soul, and The Fog of Fear. I do pendulum readings of one’s energy system. I do oracle card readings for myself and others to help bring to light what our spiritual team of guides and angels want us to know and to focus on. I do not tell the future but instead encourage others to learn to find the answers to their life questions and to determine their soul’s path and purpose by going within and discovering their own inner voice. By doing so we all learn to listen to the wisdom that emanates from that magical space and guides us forward on a path filled with light, love and peace.

Let’s learn from each other, contribute to helping each of us to heal in our broken places, and let us encourage and offer to all souls the freedom to seek truth in our own personal ways. Without preaching, coercion or pressure to “see things our way”, let’s explore the mysteries and invisible spaces and discover the miracles that await an open, loving and humble mind and heart.
